If you know when you were infected with HBV, you may show symptoms 2 weeks to 3 months later. So your 5 weeks lab may not show anything. It is important to have a doctor follow you and test you accordingly.
I'm more concerned that it's HIV. Every symptom I've had is identical to it but I'm testing negative for the disease at 3 months. If it's HEP b, then i'll deal with it. I just got tested again for all the heps, hiv, herpes, lime disease, a fatigue test???? and many other great things.
