I have hepatitisB ,skinny and trying to gain weight but Visceral Fat=7

My Visceral Fat=7, Im not sure is it normal or not?
Is it mean, because I eat more and gain more weight?

Im 37 years old, tall -162 cm, weight -51 kg.
I have hepatitis B about 10 years ago.

last 2 months my SGOT = 31 U/L , SGPT =28 U/L creatinine = 1.06 mg/dl
B surface = 1649.70 H Iu/ml

I have started to play weight training since last 7 weeks. go to Gym 5 days/week.
cardio by walking about 20 mins/ time, 2 times/week

Normally, I ate 2-3 meals/ day, but now separate it to 5-6 meals /day. I Eat more food, protein 2 times and carbohydrate 2-4 times per weight 1 kg, trying to avoid fat, maintain calories level about 1900.

I gained weight 1kg/week so now, my weight is 58 kg.

I just checked body composition analyzer and found that my Visceral Fat=7, that is the problem.
1. Im not sure Visceral Fat=7 is it ok or not.
2.  I got high Visceral Fat , is it relate to  SGPT SGOT and creatinine? if I check   SGPT SGOT and creatinine again, it will increase?
3. I got high Visceral Fat because I eat too much? I dont think I eat too much fat.
4. Visceral Fat is one factor that make me have a belly?, I think my body is more thick but I have more belly
5.As I checked from internet, I should reduce carbohydrates like rice and more cardio 2.30 hrs./ week ,but Im trying to gain weight now. its quite conflict.

Sorry for my poor English but if you have any suggest pls let me know.
Thank you
