I received oral sex and found a wound on my penis, am I at risk?!

Hi. I posted this question before but I was asking about HIV then. But now Im concerned about possible HBV or HCV infection.

I received oral sex from a guy I met online a week ago. A few hours after that when I was washing up I saw a wound on my penis, it was half the size of the nail on my pinky finger. It scabbed over pretty quickly but now Im afraid that the presence of the wound put me at a higher risk for HBV or HCV infection. Am I in a big risk? Also when is the best time to get tested for it? Does it also have a window period?

I got tested a few years back and it was non-reactive on both. Im just super freaked out again by it. I just heard a family friend died because of liver disease.

The risk is there if your partner is HBV / HCV positive. But if your had taken HBV vaccine before, you might be protected from HBV. Please go for blood screening after 1-2 month of exposure.
