I want to know the meaning of my Hepatitis B test result

I am a male 28 years old.

I just came to know that I am "Hepatitis B" positive as I was to donate my blood to a friend. Otherwise I didn't find any signs and symptoms.

So I gone through Some more tests from SRL Ranbaxy and the results I got are following :-

HEPATITIS B VIRUS EVALUATION :-
---------------------------------------------------------
HEPATITIS B CORE ANTIBODIES (TOTAL)  = 0.064  (REACTIVE)

HEPATITIS B CORE IgM  = 0.48   (NON REACTIVE)

HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIBODIES  = <2.0    mIU/mL

HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN  = 130.14 (REACTIVE)

LIVER FUNCTION TEST (WITHOUT GGT) :-

ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (AST/SGOT)  = 38    U/L

ALANINE AMINOTRANSFERASE (ALT/SGPT)  = 63    U/L

ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE  = 115   U/L

LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE  = 111   U/L

BILIRUBIN, TOTAL  = 1.27  mg/dL

BILIRUBIN, DIRECT  = 0.25  mg/dL

BILIRUBIN, INDIRECT  = 1.02  mg/dL

TOTAL PROTEIN  = 7.8   g/dL

ALBUMIN  = 4.4   g/dL

GLOBULIN  = 3.4   g/dL

ALBUMIN/GLOBULIN RATIO  = 1.3   Ratio

please help me understanding the meaning of this report.

You have Hep B.  Have you tested your HBV DNA?
