Igg Blood Titer

by joshuagaia, Sep 27, 2009 11:25PM
Hi,

My question refers to the hepatitis b immunization schedule, sub-category IMMUNOGLOBULINS.

Currently the prescribed dosing occurs at three different times. My question : "Is there a time interval for IgM to bind the vaccine HBsAg and produce plasma cells which produce anti-HBsAg Igg and potentially cause a brief surge of anti-HBsAg Igg after the first dose of the vaccine?"

This question pertains to hepatitis B titers drawn for proof of hepatitis B immunity.

Thank you!
