Injection with plasma B cell

Injection with plasma B cell

Another weird question :).
Ok, lets say person A has the HBV virus (HBeAg-, HBeAb+), and person B has been vaccinated.
Person B has over 1000mIU/ml of antibodies (good response to vaccine).
If person B (or more persons vaccinated) donates blood (only white blood cells, including these plasma B cells, which develops antibodies to HBsAg antigen).
Is this doable? Has anyone heard something like this? Or probably these cells will be refused by person A immune system...

There are quite a few suggestions from other members:

1. Purifing blood (drain the blood and kill the virus and pump it back)
2. Removing infected blood in small quanities and injecting blood with antibodies like what you mentioned

etc...

If there are any doctors in this forum or researchers, may be this is a question for them.

Until proven otherwise there is no such thing as weird question :)
