Inputs on telbivudine please help Stef2011

As attached is my progress, I have not been treated since mid 2008 after 10 months of telbivudine in 2007. I just don't understand much until I found this community. My current problem is as I moved to southern pole for study, I worry about lacking of vit d3 so I take 1.000 iu/daily, and 1.000 mg/daily vit c, apple, carrot and honey juice and garlic in the morning and afternoon. my problem during winter since last year is sleeping problem, and since a week ago I found that my eyes are red in the morning. What should I do? I wonder if i have mutation. Thank you

thanks stef. i really need your help. what about my liver stiffness which is about 6,00 kpa in december 2014? is this still in safe area or should i take antiviral for prevention?

i forgot to tell you that since 2012, i drink coffee 4-5 cups a day. can this tells something?

thanks stef. i get better picture. do please comment on my liver stiffness. i would like to increase my vitd3 to 10,000 iu/daily but i will only be able to the test in the next 3-4 months to come, not every month. is it ok?

hbvdna goes up and down and und during our life, you can be inactive for some years or all life but again what matters most is level of hbsag

7.8 means nothing if not followed by unit and type of test, possibly knowing if architect or elecsys

thanks stef. so after taking telbivudine for 10 months, its und for the whole 2008, my doc asked me to stop taking the telbivudine. but then the hvdna rose to 1,69x10'3 in early 2009 and slowly und at the end of 2012. i don't take any antiviral apart from the 10 months of telbivudine.

i read that you don't worry about the change in hbeag and anti-hbe. initially my hbeag was + before become - after taking telbivudine, the anti-hbe stays +, while hbsag was 7,8 since 2012. is this low hbsag?

hbvdna relapse happens during 1 or more years from stop of antiviral, it is not immediate unless you reached an immune balance with very low hbsag

thanks a lot stef. one thing that i am curious about is why my hbvdna und although i take no medicine. and with this situation, should i take tenofovir? for your information, my liver stiffness in november 2014 was 6.0 kpa. i am 42 yearsold.

1000iu of vit d3 are nothing especially for an hbv carrier, 10.000iu daily is the best dose and then checking vitd25oh and intact pth after 4-6months on this dose

telbivudine is not a firstline drug for hbv, you must use tenofovir whatever status it is the most potent and the only one with no resistance
