Please what is the essence of the change of HbsAg+ to negative, and HbsAg value of 264.79 with HbcAb+, HBcIgM- , HBeAg- , HBeAb+, HbsAb+ , HbsAb value is 0.00, HBV DNA copies 623 iu/mL,  Hep B virus DNA  is 107 iu/mL

And please is Anti-hbs the same as HbsAb, and the diffrence between the 107 and the 623.

HbsAb (Hepatitis B surface Anti-Body) is the same as Anti-hbs. So if your HBsAb value is 0, you are not HBsAb+.

HBVDNA is usually given in iu/ml or copies/ml. 1 iu/ml is approximately 5 copies/ml, so 107 iu/ml is roughly 523 copies/ml  (check your figure of 623).
