Is my son also become a carrier like me?

Dear Sir,

Now I am 36 years old.  My blood results (in 1997) are as fallows;

HBsAg: pozitif
Anti HBs:Negatif (1.15)
Anti HCV:Negatif
Anti HBcIgG:Pozitif
Anti HBe:Pozitif

SGOT:22
SGPT:26

2,5 years ago, I have married.  Unfortunately, before of the third vaccine of my wife, we married and she was infected from me.  Hopefully, she was not a carrier.  Her anti HBs was pozitive during the initial pregnancy controls.

Now we have a son.  He is 16 months old. After delivery three shots of vaccination applied. 1st (Sept 2000), 2 (October 2000)  and after 6 month (March 2001)(Engerix B vaccine).  Last week we want check antibody of his blood. Unfortunately, AntiHBs:negative (1.67).

What should I do? Is he become a carrier like me? Or a new vaccination will be effective?
