at research center hospitals, in italy i know this test is available at:
ospedale san raffaele, ospedale maggiore milano
i guess also cisanello hospital in pisa has these tests
in europe may be germany has this test too available for patients, unviversity hospital of hamburg should be the most advanced in germany and europe
as regards US and aisa i dont think you will be able to find this test
