Was just diagnosed with Hepatitis B today.  I have never used an IV drug in my life.  Have been married and faithful for over 30 years.  How did I get this?

you got it most likely in your early childhood, like most of us...it is just that you didn't know that you have it.
If you didn't get it as a child, then you might have gotten it trough a medical procedure such as blood transfusion.
