Please read stef2011 and my comments. Hepatitis B is never serious when you keep it under control, that is getting treatment when it is necessary. A cure by yourself and under treatment is always possible but rare. You should eat like any normal persons who want a healthy lifestyle, a healthy diet, plenty of fruit and vegetable, no smoking or drinking, plenty of exercise and avoid being obese. Take vitamin D if you are deficient.

Your viral load, hbvdna is actually    >989400000 copies/ml . As stef2011 said, you are in the Immune Tolerant phase. whether to treat or not is always difficult to decide in this phase which may last another 10 years or so. Your ALT is slight elevated. I would suggest that you wait for another 6 months and test again your ALT and hbvdna again. If you have a chance, try to do a Fibroscan to confirm that your liver is okay. Most patients in this phase, have very little or no liver damage, so treatment is not necessary now.
Please note, you have some very good Hepatitis B doctors in your country.

you miss the most importan t tests, hbsag quantification in iu/ml and fibroscan

what is your alt level?

you are probably immune tollerant and need no treatment but only fibroscan can confirm it definitively and alt less than 30
