if this is the case that s due to oxidative stress and inflammation from hbv, i was in your same situation except also cirrhotic.you can see here how i clear in few months

all choices of supplements and diet in this post are backed up on scientific studies

all hbvers have low vit d so you don t need the doctor for this, it is mandatory to keep levels of d at high range of normal 90-100ng/ml

also being overweight with bmi>25 is a thing that directly damages the liver and all organs (when liver is fatty also all other organs have same damage from fat).
to be healthy bmi must be less than 25

you have fatty liver which can be more serious than hbv infection, check liver damage by fibroscan and fibrosis level.fatty liver can make fibrosis, liver cancer and cirrhosis as hbv does, having both is probably worst

why you have fatty liver?your food quality, your vitd25oh probably low.bin all processed foods and eat only organic fresh food, fresh vegetables and so on

vit d3 10.000iu daily, fish oil with dha+epa 2-3g per cap (few brands have this) daily, natural blend of vit E types (not synthetic) 800iu daily.black rice, bitter melon, berries fruit, all this if applied religiously can reverse this in few months.there are no drugs for fatty liver it is a matter of food quality

avoid red meat and all dairies, processed food with chemicals in it
