Latest blood test results

Hi all,
So I just got back my latest blood test results and they were:
ALT 203
AST 71
HBV DNA Quant - Not Detected

I have to say that I have been diagnosed with chronic hepatitis and in January when I did my liver biopsy the doctor said I had stage 3 fibrosis.

So how should I interpret this results with the virus not being detected in my blood. Ive to say that from before it has been going down from 100s to 50s and now not detected.

first of all you need to check if liver damage is made by junk food (junk food is all the food not organic), if you are overweight, if you have fatty liver.this can make more damage than hbv itslef

you also need all routine hbv tests, hbvdna and ast-alt are jsut complementary tests, the main tests are:
fibroscan
hbsag quantity in iu/ml (abbott architect or roches elycsys)
ultrasound
hbeag/hbeab

so we will know if damage is from food or hbv
