Liver biopsy: Pain in Right ribe-cage

Hi All,
I had my liver biopsy done almost one month back and now I am having some kind of pain at the bottom of my rib-cage and this pain goes from from right bottom to the back side and then goes up upto the shoulder (feels like one vain or something that is causing the pain). I am having this pain for almost 7-8 days now, and also that I had changed my bed so not sure it is due to my bed (as the bed was really bad and I couldnt sleep the whole night). Also due to some work pressure had to be running around a lot with my bag-pack a  lot. Not sure if this is just muscle pain or something else.
Also I havent taken any pain killer not even Tylenol for this, although I am trying to bear the pain.

My Ultrasound reports one month back during liver biopsy were as follows:
my UltraSound Report, following is the report:

===============================================================
The Liver is normal in size. The Liver echoes are slighly increased due to diffuse parenchymal changes. No focal mass lesion is seen in liver. The abdominal aorta and the inferior vena cava are not dilated. The kidneys are normal. The right kidney measures 10cm and the left kidney measure 9.8cm in length. The pancreas is partly obscured by bowel gas. The visualized portion of pancreas is unremarkable. The spleen, gallbladder and para-arotic are are normal. The spleen measure 10cm in length. The common bile duct and intraheptic bile ducts are not dilated. The common bile dict measure 0.3cm in diameter.

Can someone please help me with what this pain could be?

Everything you mention can cause this pain. My question is why haven't you taken anything for the pain? I don't want to sound mean but I always tell my kids, "Don't complain about it if you aren't going to try to do anything about it." There is no reason to not take the regular dose of Tylenol.

When I had biopsy I had small pain as well.  It lasted some time and it went away.  Perhaps, the injury by needle recovers slowly.
