Making freindship with Hepatitis B- CAREFUL

I came to know from this forum and from many many articles hepatitis B infection if occured during birth or during early childhood there could be minor symptoms and likely to be chronic( more than 90%).  If Hepatitis B infection happens in adults symptoms will worsen and likely resolve on its own ( more than 95%). Here i have few questions
1) In case of adults who could be remaining 5%
( Experts in this forum please rule out these causes HIV, Co-infection with Other hepatitis Viruses, Diabetes, non liver friendly diet , depression , use of anti depressents, use of medicines for high cholestrol , high triglycerides, high blood pressure etc)

Many people may not know they are infected , if they continue their regular routine&  diet and use of some medicines which  are not liver friendly as listed above, unknowing they will become chronic, this is very bad

2) If a women infected in 20's with hepatitis B unknowingly, and continues with her birth control pills will she become chronic?

Experts please throw some light. This could be very useful all fellow members

Well explained. Hope to see some researchers find answer to this virus.
Knowing the virus is important atleast we can take control over it but not the virus

1) no , the latter possibilities, though not zero t first, but can be ruled out one by one . a simple test will rule all of the this stuff out and give the infected person a peace of mine.
u dont have to be co infected with anything else just by being a hbv carrier.

the statement you mentioned about people becoming chronic for use of medicine or vitamins etc... is not a factor.. you dont know why most people clear and some (5%) dont ... if we do then finding a cure for this virus will be aroud the corner in no time..part of not knowing how to deal with this virus is the fact that we still dont know much about it.. in facrt we learned to treat it through the treatment of HIV , so no if you dont follow a healthy diet while unkowningly infected doesnt mean you have a less of a chance to clear it. picture this ..say you are a chronic carrier and had the taste for pixxa one day so you go eating a while pie and maybe a beer to go with it.. both are bad for your health but the next day you happen to spotaneously clear it.. can we say the pizza and beer helped you clear it.. hmmm.. if we know how ths virus acts then we know how to deal with it.. hope we learn how it acts soon..

2) no, assumption is wrong again.. i already answered it above

good luck
