My Hep B results

I failed to clear HBsAg after 6 months after infection. Now my results (20 February 2015) are

HBsAg (quant.)  2610.71 iu/ml

Anti - HB core total NEGATIVE

Anti - HB core IgM NEGATIVE

Anti - HBs (quant.) 0 IU / ml

That is all i could afford other tests are expensive.  Before 2013 all my annual body check ups were good. I did not have any disease before.  Since i got this disease my hips are in pain(a lot of pain), difficult to recover after exercise, and now i'm starting to feel pain in my liver and abdomen(It's on and off). I don't drink, i don't smoke or any other kind of drugs.  Is there any medicine you can suggest for to start with????   I'm doing too young with my dreams. No hope No life.

Since it's already more than 8 months since i got infected and i am Anti - HB core IgM   NEGATIVE that means i am chronic. HBsAg (quant.)  2610.71 iu/ml    is too high. Can you suggest any medication for me now? I am in pain all time

so your reports are about acute hbv which will clear by itself and if not you ll have to follow liver by fibroscan because most hbvers have no damage from hbv and dont require treatment

chronic hbv has no symptoms because there is no immune response towards the virus, the virus itself makes zero damage to us,it is our immune system to make the damage

I am 100% sure. I passed all test when i was applying for student visa and i had to pass STD test every new academic year(including HEP B).  They do check students every year especially foreigners. I got it from a girl who didn't tell me she was hepatitis b here in Russia. I never been sick like this all my life, I thought i was going to support my family but now i feel totally lost. This is the worst time i ever experienced in my life.  Only God knows how i feel

this is also not possible on any hbv infection this is not negative, are you sure the lab is real or you read correctly?

are you sure you had hbsag negative all your life?

this is chronic hbv infection from very very long time, not hbv infection acquired now
