My LFT trend, pls help comment

Here is my LFT trend

HISTORY: Diagnosed Hep B positive October 2009

HBV DNA as @ May 29, 2010: 20,682 copies/ml

I have not been on any drugs, but takes plenty fruits and vegetables.

Pls I need advice, especially on the trend of my LFT results, and other things here.

Other info:
I have been experiencing mild pains around my lower, right abdomen, sometimes to the back since February. I have done USS about 4 times since then, the latest being three weks, at two different hospitals, but all Doctors saying the abdominal organs(liver, Kidney etc) are very ok.

disregard high and low boundaries that you see in your report (if any). 30 is the upper normal limit.

I see that your ALT has been fluctuating around the borderline. And your HBV DNA VL is fairly low. These, by themselves do not indicate a need for drugs, as far as I can tell.

However, if I were you, I would get a liver biopsy or fibroscan, just to be sure.
