Are you chronic or acute?  What is your e-antigen status?

>>>What all these show and what should I do?

Your ALT is a little high but your DNA is good.

Some people may just put you on monitoring.  There are reasons other than HBV to elevate ALT.

Best.

Thank U 4 ur quick response. I have never received any treatement. In last month my HBsAg was reactive, Anti HBeAg was reactive, HBeAG was non reactive and ALT was 68. Now today I received PCR test in which HBV DNA quantitative was shown as NOT Detected. What all these show and what should I do?

Have you received any treatment so far?

DNA not detected means VL is very low now.
