Hi guys,
thanks for the responses...both my sgpt (113 iu/l)
and sgot (72 iu/l) results are elevated.
Am still confirming the units on the data of my
hepa profile.

If normal ALT, AST, low HBVDNA, may just need monitoring.
anti-Hbe, this is good anyway because cccdna and hbsag are usually lower
anti-hbc, always positive for all, only very rare cases exist of antihbc negative and these are not good cases
the tests i suggested are the most important although only countries updated or willing to spend money on best tests have hbsag in iu/ml and firbroscan widely available.
in US, canada and UK they are not easy to find and doctors are not able to read it, in europe and asia (even china) easier to find
Hi steffano,
thanks for the prompt reply.
I dont have the data with me now but I can
provide it maybe tomorrow.
How about my being reactive to anti-Hbe and
anti-Hbc's (sorry Mistyped it on my first question)?
Can you tell me its significance? Thanks in adance.
I will also see a doctor next week to consult
the results that I have.
HBsAg Reactive, you need to chcìeck this in quantity in iu/ml
hbvdna pcr, you need to check this quantitty in iu/ml
alt/ast
fibroscan and ultrasound to know your liver damage
after these tests it is possible to know if you have active virus or not and if treatment is necessary or not
