Hi All,
My doctor prescribed Viread to me and reading the booklet I am a bit afraid to start it.

My results are:

i see you are also 25yo you better check your hbsag quantity, hbeag positivity and if go for peginterferon treatment which can clear hbv once and for all if hbsag baseline is low

it doesn t have any but it is ineffective to clear hbv it can only lower liver damage and ast-alt, not clear hbv, so you have to check many things especially liver damage before taking tenofovir

your hbvdna is already low so your abnormal alt can be due to unhealthy life style/food and not hbv, double check if you have fatty liver by ultrasound, your cholesterol values and your liver damage by fibroscan (liver damage can be monitored by fibroscan only, no blood tests or other machines)

you can eat only fresh vegetables, no fats, no meat, no processed food (those bought in supermarket with added preservatives),  check other posts about a healthy diet
