My ultrasound results

Hello everybody..I am chronic hbv and I am not taking any medc..I did my ultrasound last month and this is my report..any coments please I wud apriciate..the liver is in normal size and mildly coarsened in echotexture..there is no focal hepatic mass..there is no intrahepatic biliary dilatation.the visualized common duct measures 4 mm.The gallbladder is free of calculus,but contains a small amount layering sludge,there is no pericholecystic fluid,gallbladder wall thickening ,or elicited or sonography can Murphy's sign at the time of the examination.  IMPRESSION:mild hepatic parenchyma change ,without discrete mass,if more sensitive evaluation masses desired,contrast enhanced cross-sectional imaging may be obtained..my fibroscan was 4.4 kap..thanks everybody ..hope u all doing well..
