all those tests are not very useful to define health status

they are mostly ok, hdl can be improved healthy ranges are actually >50 and of course the higher the better.fish oil (dha and dea at least 3-4g) plus serum levels of vitd25oh>60ng/ml are able to increase hdl

also liposomal glutathione is able to increase hdl.a high hdl will prevent metabolic diseases and have also an antiviral effect on hbv
