Non replicating HBV

I have diagnosed with non replicating HBV since 1995.Since that time I am still tested HbsAg positive.I am now 37 and worried to fall among the 10-15% hepatoma victims although every thing seems normal and I have not infected any one in the family(wife and kids). My question is.What the future hold for non-replicators?is there any hope for a development of any medicine?what happen if a non-replicator get vaccinated?will Zeffix help in clearing HbsAg?
