Please people I need an explanation of these Test results.

HBsAg.    Positive
HCV.        Negative
HBeAg.    Negative

Liver Function Test/Enzymes
AST(GOT).   30   IU/L
ALT(GPT).    27   IU/L
Alkaline Phosphatase.   143 IU/L
Total Bilirubin.                 16.8
Congugate Bilirubin.        3.0
Albumin.                           3.8
Total Protein.                    8.0

Hepatitis B screening
HBsAg.    Positive
HBSAb.    Negative
HBeAg.    Negative
HBeAb.    Positive.
HBCAb.    Positive.

Please I need Doctors in the house to analyze these result for me.

Because he is HBsAg positive and HBcAb positive. Yes, it is possible that he is in the acute phase, but personally I think it is unlikely.

You have chronic Hepatitis B. To determine whether you need treatment or not, you will need to measure your viral load(hbvdna) and if possible a Fibroscan.
