Please answer?

Can acute hep b symptoms start 2 to 3 weeks after possible exposure?

Although most people do not experience symptoms, they can appear 60-150 days after infection, with the average being 90 days or 3 months.

I hope i am wrong about this but i did just have blood work done for physical and my liver levels were good.  I would think all these symptoms i have if it was hep b that my levels would be off is that correct?
