When detected, I got shocked and stated symptoms like neassea, threast, fitigue etc.,

this is just psycosis, hbv makes no synthoms especially if alt is 18 you have the same liver as people without hbv

Please give me good answer as early as possible. What is mean of p.value 0.09 and 0.011 and sgpt-18 please explain?
all useless tests, you have to make hbvdna pcr and hbsag quantification with abbott architect, check the other people from india where they got the abbott test it is not easy to find

very low now, check the posts in the forum to see, interferon and nitazoxanide are the only ones with hbsag seroconversions on few after many years of therapy (10-30% patients 5-10years time)

The testss hbv DNA PC and hbsag qunatification tests are avaialble at India?
yes of course

hbsag qunatification
you have to ask for abbott architect with result in iu/ml, no other method or result

What treatment is required or suitable

no treatment, you have nothing
hbv makes no damage, only a minimum part has damage from this virus and now you have no damage from it, just monitor hbvdna, alt and hbsag every 6-12 months

how long will i live?
you will probably dye of other illness, if you monitor hbv and it stays hbvdna und you are 100% sure to dye from other diseases one day

I had no symptoms up to detected the disease.
hbv has no synthoms and you have no illness, having the virus is not the illness, they are two different things and with alt 18 you have virus but no illness like most of the infected people in the world

and sgpt-18 please explain?
it means you are perfectly healthy

this is the last time i answer, you are really hard to understand you have nothing

hbvmakes no damage on most and you have no damage, you have nothing to worry about just monitor hbvdna every 6 months

only hbsab antibody, hbvdna undetactable and alt normal have a meaning, don t waste your money on the others like hbeag, hbcab, they are useless
