Please give honest opinion

Iam HBEag negative and Anti HBeAG  positive .. Iam Indian age 22 .. was diagnosed almost 4 yrs back ..when had jaundice.  My weight has increased a lot in last half a year .... it stands at 86-89 Kg... height 5'8''

except that ALT is down to 73 from 88 in two days ..does it say anytying ? i have started having healthy lifestyle

LFT is Liver Profile Test

HbSAG + ver
anti HBS + ver

Then you have chronic HBV needing monitoring.  Whether treatment is necessary varies from docs to docs.

you have to lose wheight because there is also fatty liver hepatitis (as US says) and alt is usually higher on fat people.
fat liver can also lead to cirrohsis in the worst cases although you just have fatty liver and nothing else

you might check if your hbsag level is in the inactive carrier level (500-1000iu/ml) and hbvdna from 0 to 10E3 or lose wheight to see if alt is high because of virus or fat
