You need two more test results;

1. qHBSAG (quantity of HBSAG in terms of IU/ML)

2. Fibroscan test

Your HBV DNA is very low and you are HBEAG +. These are good news, you may clear the virus completely by eating healthy.

Does your doctor recommend treatment?

148  IU/ml must be more than 86 copies. It must be more than 4-5 times of 148.
