Please help interpret my Lab result

Was diagnosed to be reactive on HBsAG in our company screening and the company requested me to get the Hepa profile test. Here is the result:

HBsAG - 3,332   - Reactive
Anti-HBs - <2.0  - Non-Reactive
HBeAG - 0.136 - Non-Reactive
Anti-HBe - 0.005 - Reactive
Anti-Hbc - 0.65 - Non-reactive
Anti-HAV - 0.411 - Non-reactive

ALT - 83IU/L (21-72 ref range)
AST - 51 IU/L (17-59 ref range)

Been taking Sebivo for the last 6 months and got my latest lab results last week.

ALT = 47 (9-72 U/L reference)
HBV DNA = 23 IU/ml

Is this a good sign and will there be a possibility to ever get the DNA level to be zero?

it was this values 6 months ago:
ALT=83IU/L (21-72 ref range)
HBV DNA=34,512,488 IU/ml

--Yes, but 0 DNA does not equal 0 HBsAg.

attention to telbivudine(sebvivo) resistance profile only people reaching hbvdna und in 3-6months are safe from resistance to this drug, if you have not reached hbvdna zero by 6 months it is better to change to tenofovir or entecavir which are very safe about resistance or make a combo telbivudine+other potent drug

talk with more than one liver specialist about this resistance issue because if you get resistance to telbivudine you will probably get resistance to them in short time as well, after resistant mutations there's no coming back so be as safe as possible on this matter
