Please help me to interpret my lab result

I found out that i am Hepa B positive last April 2014 during my medical exam as requirement on going abroad.  We had seek for the second opinion & undergone Hepa B Profile as well as my wife's OB Doctor confirmed that i am is chronic hepa B  but not infectious(healthy carrier daw).

Here is my Hepa B Profile result last April 2014:

                                             Cut-off Values   Patient Value         Remarks
HbsAg w/titter - ECLIA Method         1.0                       5413                 Reactive
Anti Hbs ECLIA Method                 10.0                       2.0                 Nonreactive
HbeAg - ECLIA Method                 1.0                       0.196                 Nonreactive
Anti Hbe (reverse)- ECLIA Method 1.0                       0.007                 Reactive
Anti Hbc IgM- ECLIA Method         1.0                       0.038                 Nonreactive
Anti Hbc IgG (reverse)                         0.739               0.321                 Reactive

Then Sept. 5, 2014, I've undergone another lab test (HBV-DNA), SGPT & SGOT at hi-precision diagnostic clinic and here the result:

Chemistry                           SI Units                                          Conventional Units

SGT/ALT (Kinetic)            20.97  U/L        10.00 - 50.00          20.97      U/L      10.00 - 50.00
SGOT/ AST (Kinetoc)       23.88  U/L        10.00 - 50.00          23.88      U/L      10.00 - 50.00

PCR

HBV Viral Load              332 IU/mL
                                    1,932 copies/mL

The detectable range with this method is 20 - 170,000,000 IU/mL
                        (116 - 989,400,000 Copies/mL)
The method used for HBV Viral Load PCR is COBAS® AmpliPrep/COBAS® TaqMan®
                        HBV DNA test, Version 2.0
A viral load lower than 20 IU/mL may be detected, but not accurately quantified.
The quantification is homogenous for all HBV genotypes tested.
The COBAS® AmpliPrep/COBAS® TaqMan® HBV DNA test is not intended for use as
a screening test for blood or blood products for the presence of HBV or as
a diagnostic test to confirm the presence of HBV infection.
test results are the best interpreted by Clinician or a qualified health care provider

Note: Specimen rechecked, result/s verified

Anyone can help us to interpret and explain clearly this recent result of my lab test?
Thanks and God bless!
