Hi
Let me share my experience here
I had sever body pain, severe fatigue, stomach upsets and general unwell feeling (since October 2015 till march 2016). I was suffering from anxiety and depression due stress. I had major dental surgery in mid 2015....

In February 2016 HBV was detected in a blood test done for insurance purpose. This csme as a shock my anxiety shot up. My viral liad was 6250 IU, HBsAg 1625. Lever enzymes very high.

My doctor put me on entecavir 0.5mg. I also started Vitamin D3 (thanks to Stef on this forum for guidinv on vitamin D). Within 3 moths i started feeling better. Now i am much better. I am back to my long distance cycling.

I think both Anxiety and HBV caused the symptoms.

Please check you vitamin D levels. If they are low then start the supplement. I use Dolgar soft gels(ordered over Amazon) 10000IU

Vitamin D levels should be more than 60ng /ml or more. For HBV patients it should be close to 100ng/ml (thanks to steff again)

For anxiety and depression i would recommend reading PAUL DAVID's book AT LAST A LIFE.

HOPE THIS HELPS

I feel stabbing/pin-prick pains in my liver area as well, that come and go. They're mostly worst at times when I have anxiety (conscious or subconscious). Also, my stomach upsets if I eat anything hard on digestion.
My doctor says my condition is a manifestation of anxiety and that there's no medical relevance  to  these  symptoms until or unless I get my anxiety under control. Hope this helps

I think our Dr's are full of **** and opt for that explanation because its beyond their knowledge. Its something they just don't know and they need to send us to someone that knows more then them, Just my opinion, but I too feel just like you....How long have you been going through this?
I got diagnosed earlier last month ago after I donated blood. Never experienced any symptoms before that but experienced tremendous levels of stress following my diagnosis that brought on a host of symptoms (or maybe I never noticed them closely enough before and they'd always been there)
I would feel joint pain, peripheral neuropathy, pressure underneath my ribs, pin prick pain in liver, frequent stomach upsets, stabbing stomach pain etc. Some of these stemmed from anxiety.
It's so depressing to know that you are forced to live with a virus that causes cancer. The idea of suddenly losing the joy of being in good health has been devastating and hard to cope with. I soo hope there's a cure developed for this soon and all my fears could be liberated.
