Viral load can be reduced to even < 20 iu/ml but only through medicines. But whether HBV will go out of our body is still a million dollar question. It all depends on our immune system. I would suggest, at this point of time, focus on reducing the viral load. Once the viral load decreases, your HBeAg will be negative and Anti HBe postive. Good luck.

In 2013 I check my HBV Dna and last 2 days ago again I tested HBV DNA PCR. 2 result are same 110000000 iu/ml. Is this value is very dangerous for me. I check my whole abdomen usg test. The result show me all of this are normal in size. But mt ast and alt are high. HbeAg+ and HbeAb-. This 2 combination are harmful for me.Please suggest me. Iam very worried about this.. Advance Thanks

Good news is that ur ultrasound test is ok. ALT & AST are on the higher side since there is a viral load. You must reduce the viral load for which you need to take medicines. It will be better for you to consult with a Hepatologist who will advise for medicines. I would suggest you not to worry about but take medicines asap.

Your doc will probably check again and do same tests maybe 3times maybe you will be hbeag- by your own .but if not he will put you under treatment to achieve hbsab and lowering your alat.di fibroscan or biopsy.since when you have hbv?do you have other data?
