Pls help me to understand my LIVER ULTRASOUND

The liver is n0t enlarged exhibiting mild increased parenchymal echoginicity and coarse echotexture. No focal seen. Intrahepatic ducts and common bile duct are not dilated. Portal vein and its tributaries are unremarkable. IMPRESSION:NORMAL-SIZE LIVER WITH DIFFUSE PARENCHYMAL DISEASE(mild fatty changes.thanks.

no you need to test to know your status:
fibroscan
hbsag quantity in iu/ml
hbvdna pcr
hbv genotype
liver fnction tests

mild increased parenchymal echoginicity = fatty liver, check your food quality, no processed foods only fresh foods with no chemicals, only organic.vegetables and fresh fruits, little to no diaries

to know if your liver is damaged you must monitor by firboscan, ultrasound is only for liver cancer monitoring and fatty liver monitoring
