no it is not good, best dosing is daily 5000iu or 10.000iu

since you have renal stones you should look for vitd3+k combo but you can find this only online.try to look for separate vit k7 but i dont think  you can find this at a normal pharmacy

absolutely not, d2 is synthetic, it is not natural and doesn t work.it is rubbish, it has been made by drug makers to profit by patent and maybe limit the losses because d3 reduces sick people

d3 is natural and is the only type that works to reduce sickness and increase blood levels fast

What about vit d2? Can i take it instead of vitd3? Is there any big difference between these two?

no absolutely not, calcium is bad, they talk about calcium to sell dairies but calcium is very bad for health.it is vitamin d and vitamin k to build bones the right way, not calcium

I have renal stones of 0.5mm. Does this have any effect on this?

no, contrary to belief vitamin d lowers fomation of stones.to clear it or keep it stable you need to combo with vitamin k7.

during day lights with meals, we dont produce vit d at night so this is probably the best timing

with hbvdna so low and continually it is probable no liver damage is present and hbsag low but only by checking we are 100% sure and if you find low hbsag you can easily clear hbv forever by peg

Really appreciated steff.  I am currently living in qatar, so i couldnt able to do the Hbsag quantitative test here coz its not availble .My hbv dna is 46 iu/ml. Alt is 21 n ast is 23. So i am gonna start with vit d 10,000  iu daily as u said. But when should i have to take it? I mean during day or night?

you are severely deficient and you have increased risk of death from all causes.this is the norm for hbv carriers because the virus hijacks vitamin d pathways which lead to immune suppression

vit d 3 dose to correct this severe deficiency can be 10.000iu daily or following italian guidelines 1.000.000iu once and then 2000iu daily.i strongly suggest 10.000iu daily and then recheck every 3 months.the blood level target is 90-100ng/ml which must be reached and kept stable.check all other posts

as to being inactive carrier you know you need all at the same time:
hbsag less than 1000iu/ml
hbvdna less than 2000iu/ml
alt less than 30
fibroscan less than 6kpa

i bet your doctor said you are inactive based on alt and hbvdna only, which is very wrong and outdated
