Positive titer to Hep B after 2 vaccination

I have a patient who has gotten 2 vaccination and had positive titer- what should I do? Do I give him another vaccination to complete 3 vaccine or can we just take the positive titer as positive and that I don't have to give any more vaccine. Our protocol is silent and there is a debate on what to do. Please help.

The standard is three shots.  Is there a compelling reason to NOT complete the series?

Completion does no harm while incompletion might result in a weak positive titer.  Why run the risk?
