Post-vaccine blood test 'Low antibody level'
My partner is a chronic carrier, I met her last year and began the vaccination process quickly.

The results of my post-vaccine blood test came back but my doctor is away on holiday. He left a message on my file saying 'Low antibody level, suggest further booster'. I'm not really sure what he means, and I can't see him until Tuesday.

I'm really worried about what this could mean, and that it appears that my body hasn't taken to the vaccines. My best friend is getting married this weekend and these test results are all I can think about. I don't know what to do.

hbsab antibody, less than 10miu/ml negative

a protective antibody level is superior to 10miu/ml, a good level is 200miu/ml or higher

making vitd25oh 80-90ng/ml might help respond better to vaccine, optimum vit d levels for healthy is 50-100ng/ml
