My HBSAg  Reactive
      HBe      Negative
AntiHBe     Positive My physician said that now there is no need of HBV DNA and there is no need of any antiviral treatment.Is this true ?can i cleared HBV .Presently i don't have any problem but only ALT remain high 59-69

your doctor is correct but to know you are a inactive carrier you have to do HBV DNA and confirm if its undetectable level

Given you are HBeAg negative, you are probably chronic.  You are not cleared of HBV yet because your HBsAg is positive, but your doctor may think you are an inactive carrier despite the fact that your ALT was a little high.

Why did your doctor say this?  Are you chronic or acute?
