Re-contaminated by their partners

Hello !
If you become infected and live in a relationship can infect each other again
with hepatitis b again during the acute infection when having unprotected sex.
Example one has has cleared HBsAg
but have not had time to develop antibodies Anti-HBs and then becomes infected again?

if you have antibodies of 10 iu/ml you are protected. anything under that is questionable or not protected.
