I do not exactly what kind of hepa test you had, but if it was hepa b surface antibody, then you have nothing to worry about as long as the source where I got the information from is reliable. According to http://labtestsonline.org/, "Hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs): a positive [(reactive)] result indicates immunity to hepatitis B from the vaccination or recovery from an infection.
Also, be careful if some street doctor tries to sell you some magic medicine that will hide your HBV status so that you can work abroad. It could hurt you badly without hiding anything.
