Hi, can anyone tell me what this result means?

Anti HAV IgG (CMIA)               0.27    (NonReactive)
Anti HAV IgM (CMIA)               0.13    (NonReactive)
HBsAg w Titer (CMIA)              0.30    (NonReactive)
Anti HCV (CMIA)                     0.14     (NonReactive)
Anti HBs (CMIA)     mIU/ML    17.99      (Reactive)

Why are there values? Does that mean I have the virus just in small load?
