Did you have any symptoms/possibly hbv related, before you begun with treatment. If yes, did your 1,5 year treatment with etv help you in terms of reducing the intensity of the symptoms or even removing them altogether? I'm asking you this, because I'm suffering from various hbv related health problems like kidney and small nerves neuropathy, and I'm planning to talk with my doctor to start treatment hoping it would help me with these symptoms.

Well, i don t remember to have any symptoms related to hbv. Maybe after i found out i started to worry and all was in my head ( pain in right side of abdomen). There was some pain like needle sticking but i think it was correlated to colecist( gall). Try not to think to much on this hbv and maybe you will be fine.

Hello again !

I ve received my HBV-DNA report: Undetectable (limit of detection 15 ui/ml). It doesn t said anything like Hbv-dna detected on the report, only undetectable).

I ve done ultrasound and ARFI = 1.34 m/s (down from 1.44 m/s, but still F2). Liver looks fine on ultrasound.

ALT: 24
AST: 25
GGT: 12
Cholesterol: 200( which is maximum of normal limit)
Total bilirubine: 1.3 (max 1.2)
INR: 1.18 ( max 1.10).

Hopefully, my hbsag will start fail, i ll start again take vit d3, 10k ui.

Hbsag rise or fall is an unpredictable phenomenon and has not been clearly understood yet. More studies are ongoing. In simple way it is related to complex immune phenomena. Hbsag values rise and fall despite treatment. Many people have shown this condition.

Results are pretty fair. Continue the drug. Need not to worry

Your elevated bilirubin levels do raise concerns. Ideally, your liver converts all direct bilirubin to indirect bilirubin so that it isn't detected in blood. I suggest you see a doctor ASAP.
