SGOT & SGPT are normal, HBSAG(Australian Antigen) > 250 Negative and HBEAG Negative

Hi All,

I have been suffering from Chronic Hepatitis B since 2 years, and I have been using Tenohep from 1.5 years, my current blood report says as below.
SGOT 37 U/L 15-37
SGPT 66 U/L 30-65
HBSAG(Australian Antigen)  >250 Negative
HBEAG Negative,

Does it mean I am cured now? If yes then what precaution take now for future?

Even if hbsab>10miu/ml keep taking tenofovir for 6-12months until your status consolidates

hbsab more than 250miu/ml would be a good titer

very happy you are among the few lucky ones clearing on tdf

If your HbsAg negative, you should also check HBV-DNA and importantly check anti-Hbs. If HBV-DNA is undetectable and positive anti-HBS (>200 iu/ml), it is possible that your hbv is resolved.

These numbers do not tell anything about your status.

You need qHBSAG, HBV-DNA, AFP, FIBROSCAN results.
