Shld I Tenofovir 300

Hello,
I have been a HBV (detected since past 12 months) and I have done Fibroscan and it has shown numbers like 6.5KPA to 6.8KPA... (Laster year it was the same 6.4KPA) Following is my report:
Following were my blood test results :
HB S AG W/Reflex Conf                        REACTIVE
HB S AG

HB CORE AB, TOTAL                            REACTIVE

HEPATITIS B SURFACE AB,QL             NON-REACTIVE

HEPATITIS BE AG                                NON-REACTIVE
HB E AG

HB E AB                                              REACTIVE

ANA IFA SCR W/REFL TITER               NEGATIVE
ANA Screen, IFA

MITOCHONDRIAL AB w/RFX                  NEGATIVE
MITOCHONDRIAL AB

HEPATITIS B VIRUS DNA, PCR
HEPATITIS B VIRUS DNA                          82448 H (REF: <29 IU/ml)
HEPATITIS B VIRUS DNA                       479, 878 H (REF: 169 copies/ml)

My Doc has suggested me to take Tenofovir 300 mg daily, should I start taking it or I can avoid it. Also will this affect in my family planning (we are trying for a baby). Appreciate your help.

immune system will be able to fight that remaining 76454 iu/ml.

another thing, hbvdna is just a marker of response for antivirals, it means nothing...not infected cells, not clerance of hbv, absolutely nothing and US doctors are using it to fool people in to antivirals for life

the only hbv cures are rep9ac replicor or interferon

Were you on any medication for the last 1 year? Do you had hep b from childhood? What is your ALT AND AST AND hbsag quantitative

I am in the similar situation.  Before July 20 2011 I newer knew I had Hep B.  I am chronic because HB IGM is negative but my doctor wants to believe it is acute since it is behaving like that. all other HBV parameters are like yours eg
HBE AG non reactive,
HB E AB reactive,
HB core AB Total  reactive,
HEPATITIS B SURFACE AB,QL    NON-REACTIVE  and it says <5 i don't know what that mean?

on July 26th
My Alt was  around 800
and  Ast was around 500
and Viral load was around 34 millon iu/ml

on Sep 1st
My Alt was 40
and Ast was 35
and viral load is 76454 iu/ml

I am worried since my ALT and AST has came back to normal level, will my immune system will be able to fight that remaining 76454 iu/ml.

it has shown numbers like 6.5KPA to 6.8KPA..

not relevant liver damage

HB S AG W/Reflex Conf                        REACTIVE

this test is useless for cronic carriers, make hbsag quantitative by abbott architect with diluition in iu/ml, according to the result we know your phase of infection and possibility of eradication of hbv

as to therapy by tenofovir now....useless to clear infection and keep in mind it will not be possible to stop it once started

my suggestion, try to eradicate hbv by:
tenofovir+interferon+nitazoxanide+vitamin d+simvastatin

start with ntz+vitamin d3 5000iu daily for 4weeks

then add ntz+vit d3+tenofovir+interferon

if hbsag goes down keep therapy until hbsag negative, if hbsag stays the same stop tenofovir and then solowly stop ntz and interferon
