Significance of liear range of assay

Hi I am 35 years old male & my HBV DNA Quantative count is 939340 is it  high? My hbeag is negitive ANTI Hbe positive & everything is normal as revealed from USG Whole Abdomen Test. Am i healthy carrier ,  one month before i  come  to  know i  m hepatitis b positive pls  help.i  need any  medication or  not

real healthy carrier is unknown to most doctors because there is only one parameter different from cornicn hbv and inactive carrier which is hbsag quantity in iu/ml and this test is not available in some countries, hbvdna und and alt less than 30 is not inactive carrier but inactive phase, cronic (chronic) hbv flactuates it is not active all the time

healthy carrier hbsag<500iu/ml, hbvdna<2000iu/ml, fibroscan 4-5kpa or biopsy f0-f1, alt7kpa or biopsy f2 and hbvdna>2000iu/ml
