Signs of parenchymal disease

Last 2013 my viral count was more than a million but my liver is still normal based on fibroscan and ultrasound. My doctor said that i dont need medicaction. July 2015, my viral count was more than 13000/ui my liver was still normal then based from the ultrasound, sgot and sgpt were at the normal level too.. Dec 2015 my viral count went up to 140,000 and fibroscan result said its on gray zone, i did not take any antiviral meds at that time. June 2016, my viral count went down to 5500 ui but according to the latest ultrasound, mu liver has signs of parenchymal disease though the size is still normal.. Any thoughts on this? What should i take to have this reversed?

Don't believe your lab normal limits for ALT.
Hepatitis B scientists have established that for males normal ALT is < 30, and for females normal ALT < 19. If your ALT is abnormal according to these values do yourself a favour and start taking antivirals, especially if you are a male over age of 30.
