Sorry to be annoying again (reposted for Hepatitis Social Community)

So i know i'm probably like the most annoying person ever on this forum, but im still worried/depressed over Hep B.
So... question (please give me a straight answer im begging you)

Hep A and C: Negative

5 1/2 months (165 days) after a sexual exposure (:not sure if he was positive or not):
Neg Hep B surface antigen
Neg Hep B IgM antibody

1 year post exposure:
Neg Hep B core Antibody, Total
Neg Hep B IgM Antibody

Had symptoms 2 months post exposure, slowly subsided and were gone by about 6 months

Im concerned b/c they didn't run the Hep B surface antigen test again or the surface antibody to check for immunity.... i continue to have symptoms (the same ones as before) that started 1 year post possible exposure...

DO YOU THINK MY TESTS ARE CONCLUSIVE AND I SHOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE?  

can I FINALLY take these as conclusive?
or should i get a HbsAg test and The surface antibody test???

If it makes a difference, i was vaccinated some 10-15 years ago or so, but i read the vaccines dont always take

Hi, I went ahead and read some of your previous posts to get up to speed on your situation.  

If you were negative for surface antigen at 5.5 months post-exposure then I think its time to find something new to worry about. ;)  Looks like your symptoms are very non-specific and can easily be attributed to stress.

If you're very concerned.  Get the surface antigen test again.  It will be negative and then you can know for sure.  But, and I say this as a person who has dealt with severe anxiety in my past, I think your bigger problem is anxiety.  What happened to you is unfortunate but it looks like you dodged any health problems that could have resulted.

Thanks.... do you think it could be autoimmune hepatitis?

i have this very sharp pain in my right upper quadrant and my skin has been kind of itchy (well the itchy thing could be in my head) but the pain definitely isn't... and the sore mucles that just won't go away, plus transient nausea....   have no doubt that anxiety is definitely a problem, but i dont think its my whole problem (like the sharp pains in my side....) i just want this to be over....

my enzyme levels have been normal up until this point, the last test I got, globulins were slighly elevated but not bad, could that mean something?

My doctor is sending me for abd/pelvis sonogram tomorrow morning, and I guess I'll get tested one last time for HepB as soon as possible... do the whole HepB panel test and even if its negative, atleast ill be able to determine if the vaccine worked when i got it to begin with....

I hope to God you're right and everything will be negative as predicted (except for the Hepatitis Surface antibody, which indicates immunity right?)
