Still not on treatment

Hello guys, i haven't posted in a while, i had my usual 6 months appointment in UK where i reside at the moment and the doctor said that i have some signs of fibrosis, but at the moment i don't need treatment, as it's not in their guidelines to treat if there are no serious liver problems. And gave me another appointment over 6 months period. They don't share any specific data or results with me and that's making me very uncomfortable as i only know what they tell me. Back in Romania i know they recommended me to start treatment as i had very high HBVDNA and some signs of fibrosis. What would you chose if a doctor in UK says it's no need for treatment while a doctor in Romania says it is ? it's very confusing .from what i recall cause since i've been in UK for 2 years now now i don't know my current status, i had billions HBVDNA, fibrosis was a few time f0, a few times f1 or f2, i don't actually know which one as i also had some fatty liver which i'm trying to repair (my habits eating junk food) i already lost some weight from 80 to 75 due to my diet (my height is 170 cm). Please advice anybody who feels experienced with this problem. Thank you. Wish you all the best

HBeAG positive, sgpt was alyways fluctuating 60-80 , sometime 100, that's the thing that worries me, that my liver is constantly under attack. my age is 27 now, and at this rate, i don't know how many years left until my liver will gets serious damage. I already am on diet, i take supplements and eat all kinds of antioxidants like blueberries or garlic, but i can't do anything else than wait if they don't treat me here, or go back to Romania and get Treatment, that's a serious consideration
