TEST RESULTS MEANING REQUIRED

I was found to have HBsAg. So I asked my wife to test  and these are results:

HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN                                 NEG
HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIBODY, AFTER VACCINATION NEG
HEPATITIS B CORE ANTIBODY                                 POSITIVE
HEPATITIS B CORE IGM                                                 NEG
HEPATITIS B E ANTIBODY                                                 NON-REACTIVE
HEPATITIS BE ANTIGEN                                                 NON-REACTIVE
HEP B DNA, BLD, QL, PCR                                                 < 100

Is she infected and may have cleared it? Her Dr. asked that she get vaccinated which she did last week. Please I need your opinion.
