Dynamics of one year treatment with Baraclude:

beginning:           HBsAg - 11,500 - HBV DNA pcr - 11,200,000
after 12 months:  HBsAg -   6,500 - HBV DNA pcr - <6.0

Are these results a proof for NOT taking any more the medicine?

You may like to try importing generic Entecavir from India? Tenofovir is generally very safe too.

What is the opinion of your doc about declining of hbsag?
Yes prices are expensive if the drugs are not supported by insurance.but I think it is necessary to continue it to prevent damage.for tonefovir side effects are generally observed on bones and kidney but not all patients suffering from and each body react deferent.many patients here use it and they haven't side effect and others did.

I'm also inclined to go on for at least another 6 months but these Baracludes are very expensive in my country (Tbilisi, Rep. of Georgia). they even aren't officially registered in the country and we have to import them from abroad individually.
on the other hand, my doctor says Tenofovir (cheaper) has many bad side effects...

But i eead lot of persons after stopping nucs their dna elevated very fast with elevation of asat alat!!!!

There are two different types of "stop treatment". The first is after HbeAg becomes negative, HBeAb positive, low or undetectable hbvdna, ALT normal after antiviral or Interferon treatment. The second type is when you are HBeAg negative and started treatment because of elevated hbvdna and ALT, after several years, your hbvdna become very low or undetectable and ALT returns to normal.
The first type of stopping treatment usually has a high rate of success. The second type is not as successful. In any case, stopping should be recommended and monitored by an experienced Hepatitis B doctor. Stopping is not "never" but researchers have not pin-pointed all the necessary factors, especially the second type.

No on contrary you respond very well to baraclude especially with your hbsag decline.beyond this if some one start nucs never ever stop them .and the only case you stop it when your hbsag is negatif and hbsab is positif .i mean total cure
